General questions:

Q1. What is Platinum Brothers? And why we do what we do…

We are a business that details all types of vehicles ranging from cars, bikes, trucks, caravans, buses and boats. And when we say detail, we mean going from the ins-out doing our very best to make your vehicle looks like brand new. For us, this is a love and passion that we aspire in.

Q2. Do you need access to a power point (electricity) or tap (water)?

For these main two resources is NEEDED as it’s vital source for detailing your vehicle. Everything else will be taken care of.

Q3. What if my location doesn’t have access to electricity and water? Can you still detail my vehicle?

Yes we can, we understand not all locations have access to electricity or water. Please inform us in a situation like this ahead of time so we can work on providing a solution to meet your needs.

Q4. Do I need to prepare anything ahead of time before the appointment?

We would greatly appreciate it if you could remove any clutter or valuables from your vehicle so we can perform the best in detailing your vehicle.

Q5. What to do if it’s a rainy day?

No need to worry, if your appointment is booked on a rainy day, we can still clean your vehicle if you have any undercover areas such as a garage or carport. If not, we'd be more than happy to reschedule the appointment that better suits you.

Q6. Do I have to be there on the day of the appointment?

The positive thing about being mobile is we come to you, whenever that may be. So NO, we can organise the best method that suits you. We'll reach out where you plan on leaving your car's key location and be sure to put it back in the same spot. Once the job is done, we will leave the tax invoice in your vehicle.

Q7. Can you detail my vehicle any other places that may be convenient for me?

Yes we can, if that may be at your office or an underground area. That can be arranged if there is space to go in-out as well as getting clearance from the building manager or association.

Q8. Can I drive my vehicle after a general clean?

Yes you can, as long as you don’t get your vehicle dirty ; )

Vehicle Questions:

Q1. Is package prices based on vehicle sizes?

Yes, so how we organise, the base price is for small vehicles such as hatchbacks or small coupes ranging from 2-5 passenger seats, with limited and compact space is the least expensive, is not only smaller, but time-variable as well. Example Volkswagen Golf, Hyundai i30 Hatch or Mazda MX-5

 

Next, we have medium vehicles ranging from regular-sized coupes, sedans, wagons, medium-sized SUVs and single-cab UTEs. These vehicles mostly consist of 4–5 seats but with bigger interior space all round. Example BMW 3 Series, Toyota RAV4 or Audi RS4

 

Lastly, your large vehicles range from your big SUVs, double cab UTEs and vans. Not only big on the outside, but big inside with 5–7 seats. Example Land Rover Discovery, Ford Ranger Wildtrak or KIA Carnival

Payment & Policies

Q1. Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes there is, we understand sometimes plans change and that’s completely understandable. Please, if we can get a 12-hour heads up that will be greatly appreciated, contact us by sending an email or just simply give us a call. Or you could change your appointments through my cancelation policy, whatever is best, and we can arrange a better schedule that suits you.

Q2. How does Platinum Brothers accept payments?

We accept payment methods through Tap to Pay, Cash or electronic payments through invoices as we issue out. NOTE when you make an appointment, we don’t accept payment first but after each clean.

Q1. Is Platinum brothers tax deductible?

As along your vehicle is a business orientated or any other bases then YES. As always we leave a tax invoice at the end.
